TOECAP: Composite toe-cap resistant to impact and compression. Optional without toe-cap.
EXTERNAL CUT: Made of brown nobuck leather caliber 1.8 – 2.0 mm, with a combination of black napa leather on the laces and 100% textured polyester knit fabric on the collar and tongue. Synthetic on the toe and heel with reflective tape on the side.
EYELETS: High quality 1 dm wide orange rope pins with plastic autogenous pin.
CUT-HARD: Leather sheet and cellulose fibers, binding resins, lubricants and additives, which generate heel protection.
INSOLES:
Internal: Strobell sheet caliber 2.0 mm.
External: Made of polyurethane (PU), preformed, anatomical with rebound in the heel for greater comfort.
INNER LINING: Made of 100% textured polyester knit fabric with 4mm gauge foam supplement, puffed with 10 mm gauge polyethylene foam sheet and 100% polyester non-woven fabric that provides comfort to the shoe.
SOLE: Bidensity made of polyurethane (PU/PU), injected directly into the cut, two-color (black/black), non-slip, waterproof, flexible, lightweight, thermal insulator, specially formulated with excellent resistance to hydrocarbons and dielectric properties.
Hardness of the external part of the floor (compact) 60 – 65 shore A.
Internal part hardness (expansion) 45-55 shore.
